After school classes available at various locations on the Sunshine Coast.
Do you want your child to learn the skills they need to be calm and connected?
Join us for one of our weekly classes, designed specifically for kids. We pride ourselves on offering fun and interactive classes that are designed to empower and educate children with knowledge and skills they can apply in real life.
As well as fun, dynamic movement and games, all classes will provide calming strategies to help children centre and connect to themselves and the world around them.
Term 3 classes commence from the week of 18th July for 8 weeks.
Montessori Classes start week 3 and run for 6 consecutive weeks (open to MIC students only).
Partial terms available if spaces available.
A typical class will include:
- Yoga and somatic movement
- Fun games / Partner work
- Breathing practices to help calm
- Mindfulness activities & art therapy techniques
- Calming and Relaxation Strategies
Some of the areas you can expect your child to explore:
- Emotional awareness and self-regulation
- Stress management techniques to decrease anxiety
- Concentration and focus
- Connection, communication and social skills
- Self-confidence and positive self image
Classes suitable for 5-12 year olds

Our one on one sessions are designed specifically to meet the needs of your child. We infuse yoga with a blend of therapeutic modalities to ensure your child is empowered with tools and strategies to best suit them. Limited spaces available. NDIS Funding may apply.
All classes include therapeutic movement, breathing techniques to support regulation, mindfulness strategies, play, art therapy techniques and guided relaxation.
We also offer family yoga designed to support the wellbeing of your whole family. Classes available as single sessions or in class packs.
