Want some additional one on one support for your child?

Our one on one sessions are tailored specifically to meet your child's needs. We infuse yoga with a blend of therapeutic modalities to ensure your child is supported and empowered with tools and strategies to best suit them. 

Classes include movement to balance the nervous system, breathing techniques to support regulation, mindfulness strategies for everyday life, play + art therapy techniques and guided relaxation.

We also offer small group and family yoga sessions designed to embed well-being strategies for the whole family. Single classes are available, however we recommend 3-4 sessions for most positive impact. 

What about NDIS Funding?

We specialise in neurodiversity and NDIS support, meaning if you are self-managed or plan-managed, we can help! Your child's and families needs are are our primary focus, so we work closely with you or your fund managers to develop a specialised plan to meet your child's goals. Invoicing available per session or in class bundles.

Parent and caregiver support and education is also available. Get in touch to find out if you're eligible and how we can best support you and your family.

 

Your 1:1 Session includes:

Therapeutic Movement 

Yoga movement and somatic practices to help balance and restore the nervous system, with take home tools. 

Breathing Techniques

Breathing techniques to help centre and calm. Children will learn what tools to use and when for different states of arousal. 

Mindfulness Strategies

Play-based mindfulness strategies that support children to develop mindfulness skills they can apply for daily life to find calm.

Play-based Activities

Fun, interactive games to stimulate creativity and connection whilst educating about emotional regulation.

Art Therapy Techniques

Children express or communicate their feelings and thoughts through their imagination.  

Guided Relaxation

Guided relaxation to improve mind-body awareness, reduce anxiety, improve sleep and overall wellbeing.

  • Anxiety and strategies to self-soothe
  • Sensory exploration
