  • I have checked with my doctor with respect to any past or present injury, illness, health concern or medication that may affect my participation in this physical activity and have clearance it is safe to participate.
  • I have informed Calmer Kids of all relevant medications, injuries, allergies & medical conditions.
  • I understand that duty of care, any injuries or loss are my responsibility.
  • I hereby release the assigned teacher and Calmer Kids from liability arising from injury or loss to myself or others outside of their duty of care.Ā 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Course or your inability to use the Course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Course.
